How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your favorite K-beauty picks as quickly as possible! Estimated delivery times:

Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–4 business days

Other areas: 3–7 business days

🌍 GCC Countries

UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait: 5–10 business days

🚚 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes, but timing is key!

⏱ You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.

• After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and changes may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation or update, contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

An item is missing or I got a wrong item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

📸 Send us a clear photo of the item(s) received and your order number.

• We’ll investigate the issue immediately and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received my parcel? What should I do?

First, don't worry — let’s check a few things:

🏢 Check with neighbors or your building reception in case someone accepted the delivery for you.

📋 Review your shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it’s correct.

🕓 Wait a few more hours — sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered a little early.

If you still haven’t received your parcel after these steps, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you and open an investigation with the courier.

What countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Shipping fee: 15 SAR

Free shipping for orders ≥150 SAR

📍 United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Shipping fee: 40 SAR

📍 Bahrain

• Shipping fee: 45 SAR

📍 Qatar

• Shipping fee: 45 SAR

📍 Oman

• Shipping fee: 50 SAR

📍 Kuwait

• Shipping fee: 50 SAR

➔ Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Can I return an order?

YYes, you can return products under the following conditions:

🕒 Return window: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Product condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

🚚 Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our side.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, but only within Saudi Arabia!

Free shipping applies to orders of 150 SAR or more within Saudi Arabia.

• For orders below 150 SAR in Saudi Arabia, a flat shipping fee of 15 SAR applies.

No free shipping is available for orders shipped to UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait — flat rates apply.

Shipping costs are always clearly shown during checkout.

I still haven't recieved my tracking code. What should I do?

Tracking codes are usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order is processed.

If you haven’t received yours:
📧 Check your email (including your spam or promotions folder).

📱 Check WhatsApp if you opted for updates via mobile.

🕓 Wait a little longer — occasionally, courier systems may experience slight delays in updating tracking info.

If you still don't see your tracking number after 48 hours, please contact us, and we'll assist you promptly!

Why is my order on hold?

We use address verification to make sure orders are deliverable.
If your address is incomplete or cannot be verified - for example, if it's missing a valid 5-digit postal code, 4-digit building number, street name, or district - your order will be placed on hold.
To proceed, please enter your full **National Address**, including all required fields.

What payment methods do you have?

We offer secure and convenient online payment options:

All online payments are securely processed through HyperPay and PayPal.

Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Will I be charged import tax?

Saudi Arabia:

• No additional import taxes.

• VAT (15%) is already included in all product prices.

GCC Countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait):

• Orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival.

• Any additional import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you are ordering from outside Saudi Arabia.
