At K-Beauty Kingdom, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare items, and in line with hygiene standards and industry practices in Saudi Arabia, our return policy is strictly applied.
Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, and only under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- All seals, packaging, labels, and protective films are intact
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items below
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- All makeup / cosmetic products (including but not limited to foundation, lip products, eye makeup, etc.)
- All items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted campaigns
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Skincare, haircare, or body care products that have been opened or unsealed
- Gift cards and complimentary (free) items
- Products missing original packaging, seals, or labels
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at info@kbeautykingdom.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- If approved, you will receive return instructions
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our side
Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for items that:
- Meet all return conditions
- Pass inspection upon receipt
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
2. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exception: if the return is due to a wrong or damaged item sent by us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund at no additional cost
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our warehouse to ensure fast delivery.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once confirmed.
We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
Important Notice
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns for makeup or sale items under any circumstances unless the product is defective or incorrect.
