Payments are processed securely via trusted providers, including HyperPay.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the provided address.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier disruptions
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
