At K-Beauty Kingdom, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Bahrain
  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait

We do not ship outside these regions at this time.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Saudi Arabia:
    • Major cities: 2–4 business days
    • Remote areas: 3–7 business days
  • GCC Countries:
    • 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

For orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia:

  • Additional customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply
  • These charges are determined by the destination country
  • The customer is solely responsible for these costs

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Shipment & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take time to activate

We reserve the right to:

  • Use different courier partners depending on location
  • Split orders into multiple shipments if necessary

7. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete address details
  • Delivery is considered complete once the order is handed over at the provided address

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

8. Failed Delivery & Return Shipments

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No response from recipient
  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be:

  • Returned to us, or
  • Destroyed by the courier (depending on destination)

In such cases:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Damaged products

We will assess the claim and may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control
