At K-Beauty Kingdom, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Qatar
- Kuwait
We do not ship outside these regions at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended

- All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping applies only within Saudi Arabia
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)
For orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia:
- Additional customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply
- These charges are determined by the destination country
- The customer is solely responsible for these costs
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Shipment & Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
- Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take time to activate
We reserve the right to:
- Use different courier partners depending on location
- Split orders into multiple shipments if necessary
7. Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate and complete address details
- Delivery is considered complete once the order is handed over at the provided address
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
8. Failed Delivery & Return Shipments
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- No response from recipient
- Refusal to accept the order
The shipment may be:
- Returned to us, or
- Destroyed by the courier (depending on destination)
In such cases:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Damaged products
We will assess the claim and may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Events beyond our control
