How to use:
Apply an even layer directly to the lips using the doe-foot applicator, starting from the center and blending outward. For a soft, blurred "stained" look, apply a thin layer and blot with a fingertip; for full, bold color, build up a second layer. Let it set for a few seconds for a long-wearing matte finish.
