Fine spicules combine with warming and cooling agents to create that signature tingling, plumping feeling, giving lips a fuller, more defined look without needles or fillers.
Along with the plumping effect, this formula includes Centella Asiatica and Propolis to help keep lips feeling nourished and cared for, not just tingly. It's a great starting point if you've been curious about lip plumpers, letting you build up to the more intense versions in VT's line once you're used to the sensation.
Keep in mind this formula is designed to create a noticeable tingling or warming feeling on the lips, that's the point, but it does mean it's not the right choice for anyone with very reactive or sensitive lips.

How to use:
